SERVICE AGREEMENT

TERMS OF SERVICE We make no representation about the suitability of this service for any purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SERVICE. You agree that your usage of the service, more specifically your IP address and corresponding usage time and chat entries, will be logged by us. In case of any misuse or malicious use of the service, this information may be used to take legal actions against you in cooperation with legal authorities. Content is to remain PG-13 at all time, or your registration privileges will be revoked without notice. You must be 18 years old to register. We reserve the right to decline or cancel registration at any time without cause. No refund will be provided in either case or for any other reason. Customer acknowledges that this agreement and related documentation contains the entire agreement between the parties and that no inconsistent representations have been made either orally or in writing. No modification, change or alteration of any of the terms of this agreement shall be valid unless provided in writing. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof. This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA without reference to conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be settled in Miami, Florida. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision hereof. We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without notice, but the agreement in force at the time of your registration applies. This document dated and in force as of January 1, 2008.
